No Google account · no sign-in screen · straight into your Drive
A mail slot for your Google Drive.Let anyone upload files to it without a Google account.
Send one link. Clients, applicants and strangers drop files in from any browser, and each file lands in a folder in your Drive with a row in a Google Sheet. Nobody is asked to sign in to Google.
Early access. Your license key is on screen right after checkout. Full refund if it doesn't work for you within 21 days.
Google Forms bounces anyone without a Google account.
The moment you add a File upload question, your form stops being open to everyone.

RE: “Add a file upload question”
“To answer this question, responders need to sign in to a Google Account.”
- Sign-in wall. Every respondent must sign in to Google before they can upload (Google Help).
- No embed. A form with a File upload question can't be embedded on your website (details, our guide).
- Some can't use it at all. The question type isn't available for forms stored in a shared drive or when an admin turns on Data Loss Prevention (Google Help).
No account on their side. About five minutes on yours.
CatchFolder is a small upload app that runs inside your own Google account, so files travel from the uploader's browser to your Drive.

For comparison, existing no-login upload tools charge $18 to $98 per month (for example Formfacade, DriveUploader Pro). Some, like DriveUploader and Tally, also have free plans with limits; check them if they fit you better. See Formfacade alternatives compared.

More in the guides: file upload without sign-in, Drive file request links, collecting files without a Google account.
Do people need a Google account to upload?
No. Anyone with your CatchFolder link can upload from a browser on phone or desktop. No sign-in, and no Google identity is collected from them.
Where do the files go?
Into a folder in your own Google Drive. CatchFolder runs as a small upload app inside your own Google account (a Google Apps Script web app you install in a guided, about 5-minute setup), so files travel from the uploader's browser to your Drive. We don't store your files.
Does it work with my existing Google Form?
Yes, as a companion: remove the File upload question (which forces sign-in) and add your CatchFolder link to the form, or share the link on its own. Each upload is logged in a Google Sheet with the uploader's name or email field if you ask for one.
What are the limits?
Up to 50 MB per file at launch (a Google Apps Script limit; larger files are planned). Total storage is your own Drive quota. Event Pass: 1 upload link, up to 500 uploads, for 30 days. Annual: unlimited links for 12 months.
Does it work with Google Workspace (work or school) accounts?
Usually, but some Workspace admins block web apps that anyone can open. Personal Gmail accounts work. If your admin blocks it, we refund you.
When do I get access?
Right after checkout: the confirmation page shows your license key, and the 5-minute setup guide is at catchfolder.haullabs.dev/docs/setup. It's early access: if you can't get it working within 21 days of purchase, you get a full refund.
Is the annual plan a subscription?
No. It's a one-time $59 charge that covers 12 months from activation (your first setup run). There is no auto-renewal.
